Scope of this page

Chongqing Kangzhiyu Technology Co., Ltd. operates the Norevong storefront. These terms cover browsing, accounts and other website functions. Orders are governed by the Terms of Purchase. Public policy pages do not require an account to read.

Responsible access

Use the store lawfully. Do not introduce malicious code, obtain unauthorized access, disrupt functions, impersonate someone, misuse payment credentials or carry out unlawful activity. Ordinary search indexing and lawful consumer research are permitted. Automated activity must not materially disrupt service or bypass technical protections.

If an account is used, keep its credentials private and report suspected misuse. We may reasonably restrict abusive access after reviewing the circumstances. Restrictions do not remove support access or refund rights for an existing customer.

Materials and submissions

Text, photography, graphics and branding are protected by their respective owners' rights. Viewing, saving or printing for personal shopping, record keeping and other lawful uses is permitted. Commercial copying, misleading reuse of our identity and infringement are not authorized.

You retain rights in submitted feedback, reviews and images. Permission to process an enquiry or requested function extends only as reasonably needed for that purpose. A private support image does not grant unrestricted advertising rights. Public testimonial or promotional use requires appropriate permission. Reviews must reflect real experience and respect others' privacy.

Availability and linked services

We take reasonable care with information, but corrections and maintenance may be necessary. Product and order mistakes are addressed under the Terms of Purchase. Changing website features does not reduce obligations for an accepted order.

External payment, tracking or other services may have separate terms and privacy notices. Review those where relevant. We remain responsible for our own representations and duties, including duties performed through contracted providers.

Messages and responsibility

The Privacy Notice explains information handling. Necessary purchase messages may be electronic. Optional marketing follows applicable consent or other lawful permission and provides an unsubscribe route. Browsing alone does not supply consent for tracking where consent is required.

Uninterrupted, fault-free access cannot be guaranteed. This does not exclude responsibility for fraud, unlawful conduct or other liability protected by law. Ordinary use does not create an unlimited customer indemnity. Liability for unlawful misuse follows applicable law.

Law and future revisions

The laws of the People's Republic of China applicable to our registered business in Chongqing govern these terms to the extent permitted. Mandatory consumer and privacy protections remain available, including legally required access to home-jurisdiction courts.

Updates carry a revision date, with additional notice where required. They govern future use without retroactively reducing completed-purchase protections. Other lawful provisions remain effective if one cannot be enforced.
