What to send

For an existing order, give us its number, the checkout email and a brief explanation of the issue. Attach relevant photographs if an item is damaged, defective or incorrect. Do not send your password, full payment card number or card security code.

Mark an urgent change request with “Order change” and the order number. We will check whether the requested amendment is still possible and confirm the result. A message alone does not confirm an amendment or cancellation. For information rights, use “Privacy request” in the subject line.
